Aidan Fyffe

About Me

I am Aidan Fyffe, and I am a Registered Social Worker, and Psychotherapist. I grew up on Manitoulin Island and moved to Toronto in 2016 in pursuit of growth within my personal life and my professional life. It was the best decision I could have made and glad to be here! I have a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Laurentian University. I also have a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. Over the past 10+ years, I have worked with children, youth and families and have a wealth of experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and I prioritize creating a safe and inclusive environment for all my clients.

I understand first-hand the emotional complexities of infertility, which is why I am passionate about providing specialized support for those who are own their own fertility journey. My personal journey of fertility struggles has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and grief that come with reproductive struggles.

At Honest Love, I believe in the power of honest and open dialogue. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience. Each client is unique and requires personalized care that is customized to their unique situation. I use evidence based approaches to therapy including Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am also experienced in trauma and grief counselling, CBT, DBT and Mindfulness.
